Return Policy
Please send me an email stating the reason for your return and send the parcel back using your local postal service. Refunds only apply to the returned items; shipping costs are at your own expense. All returned items must be complete and sent back in their original packaging. I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Once the returned items have been received in good condition, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.Please note: custom-made illustrations cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges
Not completely satisfied with your order? That can always happen. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original, resaleable condition. I am happy to assist you with either a replacement or a refund.
Please contact me in advance by email with the reason for your return, and then send the parcel back using a postal service of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Make sure all items are complete and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that I cannot take responsibility for loss or damage during the return shipment. Once the return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.

Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, it is best to refuse the package upon delivery. If that is not possible, please take clear photos of the packaging and email them to me along with a short message. I will be happy to look into a suitable solution with you.
